Shipping policy

At Fontleroy, every US order ships free. No minimums, no exceptions.

Processing Time Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation right away and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your boots are on their way.

Standard Shipping Complimentary on all US orders. Delivery arrives 5 to 8 business days after your order ships.

Expedited Shipping Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited orders ship within 1 business day.

Carriers We ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS, chosen to give you the best delivery experience.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email info@fontleroy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will resolve it with the carrier promptly.
