SHIPPING POLICY

At Fontleroy, we offer complimentary standard shipping on all US orders. No minimums, no exceptions. Free shipping is our standard.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Complimentary standard shipping is included on all US orders. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days after processing.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited orders placed before 12PM Mountain Time on a business day will be processed same day.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us at info@fontleroy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
