How to Measure
Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your calf, standing with weight even on both feet. Write down the number in inches. That is your true calf measurement, not your shoe size.

Fit FAQ
What if my calf measures smaller than 18 inches?
Autograph is cut for an 18 inch calf, and it welcomes a comfortable range from 15 to 18 inches. Every measurement in that range wears beautifully, simply with a touch more room through the shaft. The fit is entirely a matter of preference, closer and more sculpted at 18 inches, a bit more ease the smaller you go. Either way, you are in the right boot.
What is the difference between Autograph and Prelude?
Both collections share the same foundation.
- A wider foot base, built in from the start through the ball of the foot
- A tailored ankle that sits slim and close, so the leather moves with you instead of buckling
Where they differ is the calf and the shaft.
- Autograph, 18 inch calf, 19 inch shaft. Hits at the knee, cut with a V at the top for range of movement in a taller boot
- Prelude, 19 inch calf, 17 inch shaft. Sits just below the knee, for even more ease of movement
