Q: “What is your Return Policy?”
Fontleroy is pleased to accept returns on any undamaged, defective, or unworn boots within 30 days of proof of purchase from the Fontleroy website. To be eligible for a full refund, all boots must be in their original condition with proof of purchase. Please ensure that boots are postmarked for return within 14 days of receiving. You’ll receive a complete refund 10 days after the product is received by our team. If you would like to exchange your boots, we accept exchanges up to 14 days from the delivery date. Q: “Do you have a Sizing Guide”
Fontleroy boots were designed to embrace all body shapes and sizes, providing a roomier fit than most. If you have a wider foot or wear a half size, we recommend sizing up. If you have any concerns about fit, feel free to contact us, and we'll be delighted to assist in your shopping experience.

PROTECT: With every purchase, we include a boot storage bag to keep your Fontleroy boots protected from the elements when not in use.

SHAPING: Store your boots with the provided filler to ensure they maintain their shape. Storing them upright is recommended.

CLEAN: Brush off dirt or dust with a damp cloth or soft brush. Avoid aggressive scrubbing to preserve the outer protective sealant.

CONDITION: Fontleroy boots, crafted from the highest quality calfskin leather, benefit from a high-quality boot leather conditioner.
