Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for undamaged, defective, or unworn boots.
• Boots must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the product.

Restocking Fee

• A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
• This fee helps cover our costs associated with processing returns, inspecting items, and preparing them for resale when possible.

• The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the 30% restocking fee.

• SHAPING: Store your boots with the provided filler to ensure they maintain their shape. Storing them upright is recommended.
• CLEAN: Brush off dirt or dust with a damp cloth or soft brush. Avoid aggressive scrubbing to preserve the outer protective sealant.
• CONDITION: Fontleroy boots, crafted from the highest quality calfskin leather, benefit from a high-quality boot leather conditioner.
