Refund policy
At Fontleroy, we want you to love your boots. We understand that buying wide calf boots online means trying them on at home and we designed our policy with that in mind.
RETURNS — FULL REFUND
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, provided boots are returned in original, unworn condition with proof of purchase.
To qualify for a return, boots must be:
Free of any signs of outdoor wear, scuffs, or sole wear. Returned in original packaging Postmarked within 30 days of your delivery date
A note on fit testing: We encourage you to try your Fontleroy boots on at home on a clean, indoor surface to assess fit. Try on wear on a clean indoor surface is acceptable. However, any boots returned with signs of outdoor wear, dirt on the sole, scuffing, or odor will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your expense. We inspect every return carefully and reserve the right to refuse a refund if boots show evidence of use beyond indoor fit testing.
RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS — STORE CREDIT
If you need to return your boots after 30 days of delivery, we will issue a Fontleroy store credit equal to the purchase price, valid for 12 months. Boots must still meet the unworn condition requirements above. Store credit requests must be postmarked within 60 days of delivery.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us at info@fontleroy.com with your order number and the style and size you would like to exchange for. We will confirm availability and send exchange instructions. Exchanges are subject to availability.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email info@fontleroy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
