We want you to love your boots. Buying wide calf boots online means trying them on at home, and our policy is written with that in mind.

Exchanges: always complimentary

Need a different size or style? Exchanges are free, including return shipping. Email info@fontleroy.com with your order number and the size or style you would like. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Returns: refund less return shipping

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Unworn boots in their original packaging receive a refund to your original payment method, less the cost of your return shipping label. We confirm the label cost when we send your return authorization, before you ship.

Condition

Please try your boots on at home over a clean indoor surface. Boots showing outdoor wear, scuffs, sole wear, or odor, or returned without the original boot box, are not eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you at your expense.

How to start

Email info@fontleroy.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with your return authorization and instructions. Please ship the boot box inside an outer box, and never tape or label the boot box itself.

Refund timing

Your refund is issued within 5 business days of your return arriving, plus a few days for your bank to post it.
